Ora muito bem vindos a este novo/renovado espaço.
Ontem deu-me a paranóia (mais uma eu sei) e mudei a cara aqui do tasco.
Já há imenso tempo que andava para o fazer e ontem foi o dia escolhido. Alguma razão em especial perguntam vocês? Ora deixem lá ver... hum... Não! Ou pensando melhor, se calhar até sim, diz-se ano novo vida nova não é? Pois eu acho que o meu ano novo está a começar (fingers crossed!) e então, aqui têm!

Se calhar acham que este novo template é muito à pita, se calhar até é, mas eu gosto dele porque é colorido e alegre e bem disposto e,atrevo-me a dizer, diferente assim como eu.
É provável que na próxima semana ainda aqui mexa, acrescente umas coisinhas e mude algumas das que já cá estão, mas o essencial está feito.

Portanto mi casa es su casa. Bem vindos de novo :)
Sim eu sei, já arranjava algo mais útil para fazer com o meu tempo.

Li uma vez que a familia não se escolhe, mas os amigos sim. Eu sei, cliché, no entanto tão verdadeiro.
Os dissabores da vida aproximaram-nos e hoje cada vez que penso nisso fico feliz por saber que te tive e tenho a meu lado, não só nos bons momentos, mas quando mais precisei/o. Sei que estás lá para mim e me dás na cabeça quantas vezes for necessário quando a situação assim o requer.
Se há alturas em que as palavras me parecem insuficientes esta é uma delas. Dizer que te adoro e que és das pessoas mais importantes da minha vida é pouco... acho que sabes disso.

The angel librarian hears a loud scream, and goes running toward its source only to find the Pope huddled in a chair, shaking and crying.

Two old ladies were waiting for a bus and one of them was smoking a cigarette. It started to rain, so the old lady reached into her purse, took out a condom, cut off the tip and slipped it over her cigarette and continued to smoke.
Her friend saw this and said, "Hey that's a good idea! But, what is that thing you put over your cigarette?"
The other old lady said, "It's a condom."
"A condom? Where do you get those?"
The lady with the cigarette told her friend that you could purchase condoms at the pharmacy. When the two old ladies arrived downtown, the old lady with all the questions went into the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist if he sold condoms. The pharmacist said yes, but looked a little surprised that this old woman was interested in condoms, so he asked her, "What size do you want?"
The old lady thought for a minute and said, "One that will fit a Camel."

Estava agora a ver o meu email e um amigo de longa data enviou me um daqueles emails que devemos fazer forward (e que podem ver mais abaixo). Engracado foi que enquanto estavamos na universidade (a very long time ago unfortunatly) alguem me enviou o mesmo email e eu gostei tanto que imprimi e colei no meu quarto e, por vezes, dava lhe uma olhada e sorria sozinha.
Engracado e' que ainda me faz sorrir e depois fiquei a olhar para a primeira...

Public Service Announcement: Grab a chair!

(depois nao digam que eu nao avisei!)

Ola' maltinha!

Pois e', estou de volta a terras da sua majestade (va', confesso que ate' ja' tinha saudades disto! deve ser do tempo lol).

Depois de tres maravilhosas semanas por terras lusas la' me meti no aviao (tenho de contar as peripecias que foi para ele descolar) e vim dar cabo do juizo aos bifes por mais uns tempos.

Pois como toda a gente deve saber as minhas tao merecidas ferias comecaram no dia 8 de agosto as 5 da tarde. Posso desde ja' adiantar que as primeiras 24horas de ferias foram incrivelmente duras...acho que o facto de haver elevadissimos graus de alcool pelo meio teve, digamos ai, 99,98% da culpa ;) (pelos vistos ha' fotos minhas a andar na linha do meio da estrada quando ia de volta pa casa na sexta a noite, isto enquanto dizia em voz alta "I am not pissed cuz i can still walk on a straight line", yeah right! lol ate aqui nada de anormal).

Ora sabado de manha la faco eu a mala e ponho me a andar pa stansted. O aviao atrasou, viagem turbulenta mas la aterrei no porto e a comitiva tava la a minha espera. Feels so good to be important. lool. moving on... bagagem no porta malas, destino Aveiro. Va' agora sentem-se e rezem por mim: chego a porta de casa em Aveiro, olho para a minha mala, olho para a Mica e digo "isto nao e a minha mala!"... Pois e' minha gente esquecam la' as companhias aereas trocarem ou perderem a vossa bagagem, o que esta a dar e' pegarem na mala de outra pessoa!!! (N.B. - eu sabia que em vez do trolley azul devia ter comprado o cor de rosa!!!) Felizmente ninguem teve a feliz ideia de pegar no meu por engano tambem. (Vou ser gozada po resto da vida com isto!!)

Assuntos de mala trocada a' parte, uma hora depois de estar em Aveiro e ja' com um terco duma garrafa de casal garcia ca' dentro, praca aqui vamos nos pois ja havia quem estivesse a seca por minha causa! (Klaudynha i missed you!! thanks for waiting love)

A noite correu extremamente bem (Obrigadinha Joaninha pelas bebidas eheheh) e so acabou la' para as 5 da manha comigo deitada no sofa da sala a abrir o portatil e a dizer "olh'o Jude (Law)" e a cair po lado de sono/cansaco/bebedeira.

Ainda houve quem ficasse a ver as olimpiadas, mas nao fui eu! eheh

Segundo dia em terras a' beira mar plantadas: depois da dificil tarefa de tirar a Mica da cama e de caminhar devagarinho devido a extrema dor de cabeca, la fomos pegar a minha mala ao porto (a 50 'a hora porque no estado em que estavamos era melhor nao abusar) e voltamos pa casa pa preparar o churrasco e claro esta' Sangria 'a moda da minha irma. lol

Mais uma noite bem passada. Check!

Terceiro dia de ferias: viagem para terras mouras (HOME SWEET HOME), depois de sermos gentilmente extorquidas pelos caminhos de ferro de portugal, la fomos nos as duas VIP's em primeira classe.

Of course, travelling in first class doesn't come cheap so... after giving some IT advise (for about 2 freakin' hours) and getting ourselves ready (to continue) to enjoy our movie (Munich by the way), damos por nos na cabine do DJ a ouvir os mais recentes exitos do Caribe Mix. Life couldn't get any better!

Dia 12 pela manha (que e' como quem diz, com as galinhas!!) la' tavamos nos a caminho da praia preparadinhas para gozar (eu) o primeiro dia de praia!

Ah! E que bem que soube sentir aquele cheiro a mar, meter os pezinhos na agua e... CONGELAR ATE' 'A ALMA! lol Isso e os mirones! enfim, nem vale a pena contar todas as peripecias das ferias senao nunca mais daqui saiamos. Eu e a Mica devemos ser iman para sarilhos. lol Ao menos temos historias pos netos.

Dia 14 e 15 de Agosto la estivemos no Sagres Surf Fest eheh. Bons momentos. Tirando o frio lol. Tenho uns videos de Massive e do Jose' a ver se depois faco upload po YouTube (sao de boa qualidade atencao!!). Ainda deu para ver a Olivia e Isaura e tirarmos uma daquelas fotos giras,girissimas lol quase tao boa como a do sudoeste de ha 2 anos lol "uma mistura de Woodstock e Morangos com Acucar" -> No comments :)

Na Segunda dia 18 ainda estivemos com o Nuno e a Filipinha. E que bem que me souberam aqueles finos na esplanada acompanhados de umas batatas fritas (primeiro sinal de saudades aqui da Ilha...lol isso ou demencia!) enquanto a Mica e a Filipa procuravam tremocos! lol

Na quinta a Mica la' me abandonou. lol quinta a noite matar saudades da minha Katjinha.

Durante o fim de semana ainda dei um pulinho breve 'a capital :) e segunda la' estava eu a aproveitar os meus ultimos dias ao sol.

Quarta feira 27: On my way to Aveiro! lol as 15horas eu a minha Lu (wo ai ni!!) estavamos esplendorosamente deitadas na Praia da Barra a aproveitar o calor :) e que belo dia de praia, I must add! Isto claro depois de um almoco bem regadinho e de um belo cafe' no Convivio (ai como eu adoro aqueles "cafes").

E pronto foi queimar os ultimos cartuchos. Sabado de manha, e ja de novo na companhia da minha lapinha (lol), la fomos nos para o aeroporto e apanhamos a seca das nossas vidas... dps de chegarmos a porta de embarque e' que nos avisam que o voo estava atrasadissimo e ja nao podiamos dali sair... aargh... pelo menos ainda vimos o Joaquin Cortez (ole'!) .

Depois de ja termos embarcado e de o aviao ja se estar a preparar para a descolagem, o piloto avisa que ainda nao era desta e que tinhamos de esperar mais uma hora ( "eu sabia que nao devia ter comido tanto nas ferias! a culpa e' minha do aviao nao descolar... oh dear!my bum is too heavy and I thought no one would notice!" eheheh )

Surprise surprise, when we landed (2:30hrs later than we should've!) it was nice and hot... and we had heavy luggage! lol smooth as usual! ;)

Ainda chulei a Mica pa me ajudar com a mudanca pa minha casa nova e tudo! ah pois, nao faco a coisa por menos! :)

A primeira semanita correu bem e este fim de semana ainda tive a companhia da Mica :)

Sexta a noite tinhamos planos para sair, mas a chuva torrencial e aquela garrafa de vinho do porto (que nos as duas deixamos seca), nao nos permitiram.

Mas era bom o vinho do porto. Oh se era!

Ainda nos aventuramos ate aos pubs ontem a tarde, mas so bebemos umas colas (dizem que faz bem no dia seguinte) e ainda fomos dar uma voltinha dentro da catedral (sim, nos queriamos confessar os nossos pecados mas o padre quando nos viu meteu baixa! And I haven't a clue why he did such thing! *naive eyelash blink*).

E pronto descansar que era bom durante as ferias, nem ve-lo! lolol mas valeu a pena.

Ha imensas fotos e aposto que 'ta tudo ai' a pensar porque e' que ela nao se cala e mete as fotos que tem muito mais piada, mas... as fotos ficam pa mais tarde que vou fazer um daqueles videos Oh-so-cute como so' eu sei e depois meto aqui. lol e ate' ponho uma musica toda giraca para acompanhar, pa nao dizerem que eu sou mazinha ;)

Acho que vou pegar o meu terceiro cafe' do dia (que isto de levar a Mica a estacao tao cedo na ta' com nada).

Se bem que o cafe' nao me faz nada. Quer dizer... ate' faz... Ir a casa de banho! pior que a cerveja... oh boy!

Pois e' maltinha, tou de volta (sort of...lol)!

Isto de andar a fazer visitas a Mica (que para quem nao sabe esta em Oxford), ir passear para Londres, e trabalhar alguns fins de semana deixa me sem tempo para nada... lol que e' como quem diz ginasio, churrascos, saidas a noite, e idas ao pub depois do trabalho ocupam o resto do tempo.

Mas alegrem-se, dentro em breve estarei por terras Lusas (primeira semana de junho para ser mais especifica) por isso, toca a preparar os figados (eu vou procurar o meu porque ele fugiu!) ;)

O tempo aqui tem tado uma maravilha e nas ultimas duas semanas tem parecido verao. Ja meti os casacos de lado e tudo (voces ja sabem como eu sou!) ;)

Enfim, nao vejo a hora de ter ferias, bem preciso delas!

Pensei que hoje ia estar ao pulos e toda contente da vida por voltar amanha para Portugal, mas afinal nao...
